The Western New England Psychoanalytic Society provides postgraduate education for clinicians and other professions interested in psychoanalytic concepts.

Divisions

Courses for clinicians interested in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and courses in applied psychoanalysis of interest to both clinicians, academics and other professions

Seminars in Psychotherapy, a year long linked series of seminars for postgraduate clinicians starting a career in psychodynamic psychotherapy. An optional second year will be offered.

An annual Symposium, held on a Saturday morning, consisting of four invited speakers, on a topic of psychoanalytic interest

A year-long Course on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, offered to trainees in the Yale system, during the academic year

The American Psychoanalytic Association is accredited by the ACCME to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians and takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity. The American Psychoanalytic Association designates this educational activity for a maximum of _ hours in Category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.
